Support Policy
Email support is free for one year after purchasing or upgrading your software license. Describe your problem in detail when you contact us because it helps us get to the bottom of the issue quicker.
Phone support is available at our general consultation and development rate.

If you need help with your store or web site, or in ways to integrate our products in your store and website, let us know. We often do site/store tuneups for store owners. Quick jobs that take care of particular sticking points. Usually it doesn't take much to solve most problems, big or small.
