SHIPPING COUPON: If a Shipping Coupon Doesn't Work

If a shipping coupon for free shipping doesn't seem to be working, go into the price group and make sure the method discount is set to 100% percent and NOT fixed at 0.0, 

Fixed means that's the amount of discount you will get, period. It's not the price of the charge or whatever.
