FACETS: Start With Facets Closed in Shadows

Note: This requires that the store is using the Facets template in the global user interface settings. If the store is using the Product List Flex component you're out of luck as of Oct 2024.

Start the facets collapsed in Shadows by changing instances of data-a11y-toggle-open attribute to data-a11y-toggle-close in the Facets user interface global settings area.
