Stop Google from Indexing the AJAX File

You can tell Google and other search engines not to follow the ajax handler file if you don't like seeing errors in your Google search console. Basically, Google and some other search engines might be following the ajax link used to handle star reviews.

It's very easy to stop that from  happening by adding the following lines to your robots.txt file:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /mm5/5.00/modules/util/scotsblogger/ajax.mvc

One this is in the robots.txt file Google will not even see the ajax file.

Your robots.txt file is usually located in the root of your domain. For example, on Scot' Scripts, the robot.txt file is here:
