SEO Microdata
Using microdata (see http://www.schema.org for more info) makes it easier for search engines to catalog information from your store, information
such as product specifications (price, description, etc...), reviews and more, and then display it in their search results.
Have you ever seen search results with google profile pictures or product thumbnails, star ratings and an overall more precise product data? It's because of microdata. It's very easy to set up microdata in Miva Merchant. Contact us if you need any help.
This module will display reviews with microdata already applied in the right places. That's not quite enough, however, it has to be inside a product microdata block. You might already have it going on and it's easy to test by testing one of your product page URLs at the Google Rich Snippets tester page.
If the results do not show the product name, price, and other information, then you probably do not currently use microdata in your store.

If you're not using microdata and want to, check the schema.org site and look specifically for the Product section. Scot's Miva Scripts also offers a microdata service that only takes an hour or two (at the most!) to set up for the majority of Miva Merchant stores.
