Hi,

since the 6th of Nov 2009 we haven't been able to login to our installation:
http://www.seafood.net.au/scotsmail/scotmail.mvc?

The username and password haven't changed. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
s.

Hi Scot,

we were running v3.32 and I have just upgraded to 3.33 in the hope this fixes the login problem... it didn't.

I checked the username and password via a UNIX find and also by looking at the auto email message to the administrator address. Despite using these details which have not changed in some time I still can't login.

What exactly is happening?  If there are error messages, cut-n-paste them to a message so I can see what's going on.

there are no error messages in the web browser. It just keeps reverting to the login window. I have sent you the url and user credentials via email for obvious reasons.

The only possible error message is this...

"Click Here if you need to uninstall your license because you moved the script to a new location."

The location of the script hasn't changed in years...
