Hi,

Are you getting blank screens? That's what seems to be happening. This can be caused by email imports.

Thing to do is go to the main admin menu in scotmail, then click on the news link. You'll see something about the blank delivery room screens (if that's the issue) which will explain what to do to fix the list. It's a three step process, pretty easy.
