Formmail Utilities Overview
Formmail utilities let you gather any kind of data from your subscribers that you want to. You can create any kind of form you want and collect all the data from it optionally have it emailed to you. You can also export the data into a CSV style file to use in Excel and other databases.
You can edit existing forms, display data, and delete data.
When you create a new form you will see a screen that will ask you for a form field name. You can use any name for the form field.
Note: when the field is created on the form, the name of the field will be appended with an underscore symbol. This is necessary, so don't change them manually in the form.
When you build your form, click on the various field types and follow the instructions to add them to the form.

This lets you edit the form HTML code by hand. This is useful if you know HTML and want to customize the look of your form. The opening and closing form tags are missing because Scot's Mailing List adds them automatically.

This link will display a working preview of your form for testing and preview.

This will display the form data that you've collected.

Sometimes a form just isn't working, or you don't need it anymore. Use this link to completely get rid of it and the data.
